Biography
Stefanie Jedra Sollecito has fifteen years of professional experience, including more than a decade valuing business interests and providing forensic accounting and litigation support services in civil litigation, financial investigations, matrimonial litigation, and estate and gift matters. She has served attorneys, business owners, and individuals, and has been appointed as an expert by judges in New Jersey and New York.
Stefanie has testified as an expert witness in civil litigation and matrimonial matters and is a frequent speaker on business valuation and forensic accounting issues. She also develops and delivers continuing legal education seminars for law firms and bar associations.
Her broader experience includes shareholder and partnership disputes, economic damages analyses, valuation and solvency disputes, accounting-related controversies and forensic examinations.

Civil Litigation: Retained as a rebuttal valuation expert in a business dispute; prepared expert analyses and provided trial testimony regarding valuation issues.
Family Law Litigation: Traced separate property across more than 30 accounts over a period exceeding 15 years and prepared a comprehensive report for use in litigation.
Civil Litigation: Performed business valuation and quantified misuse of corporate funds in connection with a variety of minority shareholder actions.
Family Law Litigation: Addressed discovery-related issues by preparing a report supporting the need for requested documents; the request was granted by the court, and testimony was provided at the hearing.
Family Law Litigation: Traced premarital business interests over a period exceeding 15 years, including related entities spun off from businesses established prior to the marriage.
Civil Litigation: Calculated damages and diminution in business value sustained by an electrical contractor as a result of stolen customer leads and trade secrets.
Family Law Litigation: Court-appointed (in New Jersey) to assist the parties with the division of proceeds from the former marital residence approximately 10 years after the dissolution was finalized.
